The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. via email to pocket.business.contact@gmail.com).

Returns are not generally accepted. Refunds are only issued in accordance with legal requirements, such as in the case of a timely withdrawal or defective goods.

In the event of a withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
